Choosing the right pairing of systems is one of the first questions MSPs and IT teams ask when exploring Support Fusion.

Until now, the answer relied on a mix of documentation and back and forth. This worked, but it slowed people down. So we’ve released a simple tool that gives you an instant answer.

A faster way to check supported pairings

The Integration Checker lets you select any two platforms from our ecosystem and see whether Support Fusion can sync them today. It covers all nine of our current connectors, and the logic works both ways so it does not matter which side you choose first.

If the pairing is supported, you will see a short explanation of what we cover and direct links to get started or request a demo.

If the pairing is not yet supported, you will see a clear fallback message with an easy way to contact us and confirm. This includes situations where both sides use the same system.

Why we built it

MSPs and enterprises work across a wide mix of ITSM and PSA systems. ConnectWise on one side and ServiceNow on the other is common. So is Autotask with Freshservice, or Jira with Halo.

The first question teams ask is simple: will Support Fusion handle this pairing.

We wanted to make this answer instant.

The Integration Checker removes friction from the early stages of discovery, and makes it easier for sales, delivery and operations teams to see whether their customer or provider configuration is ready to connect.

Laying the groundwork for a broader ecosystem

Support Fusion’s mission is to make service interactions clearer, faster and easier for MSPs and the enterprises they support. Ticket sync is the entry point, and it starts with knowing the systems in play.

This new page is part of building a cleaner, more discoverable ecosystem. As we launch new connectors, they will appear here automatically. As demand trends shift, we will update the available options to reflect what MSPs and enterprises are asking for.
