Antler backs Support Fusion’s global ambition

We’re excited to share that Support Fusion has joined the Antler portfolio, after partaking in Antler's AUS13 residency.

Antler invests in exceptional founders solving real problems, and they’ve recognised the opportunity we’re tackling: to unlock growth for managed service providers (MSPs) by removing the friction in how they work with enterprise IT teams.

Support Fusion is building a new kind of MSP platform; one that automates the manual work sitting between ticketing systems, service agreements, and reporting tools. No more rekeying tickets. No more swivel-chair QBRs. Just clean, structured service data flowing between MSPs and their customers.

Why Antler backed us

The pain is real. And growing.

Every month, mid-to-large MSPs waste over 100 hours on manual, non-billable tasks. These include copying ticket updates between platforms such as ServiceNow into ConnectWise, screenshotting dashboards for QBRs, and chasing down contract compliance. This inefficiency doesn’t just cost time - it kills growth.

Support Fusion solves this, starting with ticket integration and expanding into full-service automation.

What’s next for Support Fusion

We’re moving fast, with a clear plan:

🛠 Product: Our first integration, ServiceNow to ConnectWise, is underway. This is the most common pairing in enterprise-MSP relationships, and we’re starting here to prove fast ROI.

🌍 Market: We’re targeting the “big 6” platforms used across MSPs and enterprises. These cover 70% of the market, and we’re building drag-and-drop connectors that business teams, not just developers, can configure.

🤝 Community: We’re building with the people who live this pain every day. If you manage support tickets, run customer QBRs, or lead account teams, we want your input.
