Support Fusion exists to open up the enterprise IT market to a broader range of service providers - and to do it with the kind of smart infrastructure that only became possible in 2025. We’ve lived this problem from all angles: fixing the issues, managing the contracts, building the tools, and sitting across the table from clients demanding outcomes. What we saw, again and again, was that providers with the right skills were held back by the wrong systems. Enterprise deals fell over because integration was too hard, reporting too manual, or SLAs too risky to track. We built Support Fusion to change that.
Backed by Antler
Support Fusion was backed by Antler in April 2025 following a deep validation of both the problem and the team. Over the course of Antler Australia's 13th residency, we spoke to dozens of MSPs, SIs and enterprise IT leaders, mapped the true cost of disconnected service delivery, and built the first working integrations. Antler backed our vision not just to fix ticket sync, but to lay the groundwork for a smarter, AI-enabled service layer across the entire managed IT ecosystem. With their support, we’ve gone from pitch to product in under 4 months - and that's just the beginning.
