This is the industry we came from

Greg spent years inside enterprise IT - managing vendors, running service operations, and watching the same friction play out across every co-managed engagement. Steve has built and scaled software teams across large global organisations. Between us, we'd seen this problem from both sides: the operational reality and the technical complexity that makes it hard to solve.

Three months validating with IT providers and teams around the globe confirmed what we already suspected. The problem was universal, the workarounds were costly, and nobody had built the right fix yet.

Our March 2026 pre-seed round brings together institutional investors and operators who have spent careers inside the problems we're solving. The combination of VC conviction and deep domain knowledge shapes how we build and where we focus.

The round was led by Func Ventures and Exhort Ventures, with continued support from Antler, and includes strategic backing from three operators with deep roots in the MSP and enterprise IT channel.
