One connection. Everything that crosses it

A connection is one relationship between two teams. Your platform on one side, theirs on the other, and an agreement between them. Add a client, add a connection. Remove one, cancel that connection.

Everything that crosses a connection counts as an object. A ticket, an incident, a work item, an asset, an invoice. The type doesn't change the price, so you buy one connection rather than picking between separate products for each kind of record.

Across company boundaries

Your team stays in their platform, your client or partner stays in theirs. Work moves between the two with no-one logging into the other side.

Here's an example bill

You're an IT service provider running ConnectWise, with two clients to connect. One works in Jira, the other in ServiceNow. Each client relationship is its own connection, on the tier that fits its own volume.

The Jira client is light and sits well inside the Express allowance, so you set it up yourself. The ServiceNow client runs heavier and wants onboarding and proactive support, so it goes on Managed. You're not paying the higher rate on the quieter relationship.

Add a client, add a connection. If one runs consistently above its allowance we'll tell you and move it to the rate that fits. No surprise charges.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free option?
Yes. Manual sync is free with no time limit. Connect your platforms and trigger syncs manually to prove the integration works - no commitment, no credit card. When you're ready for automated sync, pick a tier for that connection and add a card.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. Express is set up by you, using our guides and AI assistant. Managed includes two hours of onboarding assistance, where we work through the setup with you and will join calls with your client's admin team if needed. The only time we charge is when a new connector needs to be built, or there is something outside the platform's existing capabilities.
How is vendor pricing structured?
Vendor setups are typically priced on object volume across all your customer connections, rather than per connection. This scales naturally as you add customers and grow usage. Contact us to work out the right commercial model for your situation.
What counts as an object?
Anything that syncs between your platforms: a ticket, an asset, an alert, a configuration item, an invoice. Each record that moves counts as one object.
What is a connection?
A connection is one platform relationship: two systems connected, for example Autotask and ServiceNow. Connect a third platform and that's a second connection.
Can I run different tiers at the same time?
Yes, and most customers do. Tiers attach to the connection, not to your account, so one client relationship can sit on Express while another sits on Managed. Your bill is the sum of your connections.
What happens if I exceed my object allowance?
We'll flag it and let you know your volume is running above the allowance. If it's consistent, we'll move that connection to the tier that fits. No surprise charges.
Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. Every connection starts free: connect your platforms and run manual syncs to prove the integration works. When you're ready for automated sync, you pick a tier for that connection and add a card.
