One connection. Everything that crosses it
A connection is one relationship between two teams. Your platform on one side, theirs on the other, and an agreement between them. Add a client, add a connection. Remove one, cancel that connection.
Everything that crosses a connection counts as an object. A ticket, an incident, a work item, an asset, an invoice. The type doesn't change the price, so you buy one connection rather than picking between separate products for each kind of record.
IT team↔IT team
Across company boundaries
Your team stays in their platform, your client or partner stays in theirs. Work moves between the two with no-one logging into the other side.
Sales→Delivery
When a deal becomes a job
When a deal closes, everything the delivery team needs moves across on its own. No re-entry between the CRM and the PSA, no dropped context.
Delivery→Finance
From billable work to accurate invoices
Customer records and billable hours stay consistent between the PSA and the accounting platform. Month-end closes on the numbers.
Here's an example bill
You're an IT service provider running ConnectWise, with two clients to connect. One works in Jira, the other in ServiceNow. Each client relationship is its own connection, on the tier that fits its own volume.
The Jira client is light and sits well inside the Express allowance, so you set it up yourself. The ServiceNow client runs heavier and wants onboarding and proactive support, so it goes on Managed. You're not paying the higher rate on the quieter relationship.
Add a client, add a connection. If one runs consistently above its allowance we'll tell you and move it to the rate that fits. No surprise charges.
Monthly invoice
Jira client - co-managed support
